Festive Soup – Butternut Squash and Cumin soup with crispy bread

Bloody Mary Prawn Cocktail – Baby Prawns, Gem Lettuce, Sautéed King Prawns and Spiced Marie Rose Sauce. Finished with toasted bread

King Scallops – Pan Seared King Scallops nestled on Sweet Potato Puree alongside Chorizo and Black Pudding

(In)famous Grouse – Pan Seared Breast of Grouse, fried Brioche, Port Poached Figs and Wild Mushrooms

Beef Fillet Carpaccio – Partnered with Candied Beetroot Puree, Poached Duck Egg Yolk and Pickled Fennel

Duck and Orange Parfait – Alongside Blood Orange Chutney, Cranberry Crumble sided with toasted bread

 

MAINS

Customary Christmas Turkey – With trimmings of Duck Fat Roast Potatoes, Pigs in Blankets, Apricot and Sage Stuf ng, Sprouts with Pancetta and Chestnuts with lashings of Hearty MC Gravy

Rib Eye – Prime Roasted Rib Eye, Mulled Red Cabbage, Duck Fat Roast Potatoes, Yorkshire Pudding and Hearty MC Gravy (Pink or Well Done)

Pan Roasted Cod Fillet – Sitting on Crushed Jersey Royals with Crab meat and nished with a Sauce Grenoble and Fish Veloute

Veggie Welly – Wild Mushroom, Pistachio, Butternut Squash, and Goats Cheese Wellington. With Seasonal Veg and a Bread Sauce

Parmesan Crusted Venison – Loin of Venison served with Butternut Squash Puree, Crispy Shallot Rings, Dauphinoise Potatoes, Sautéed Kale and a Red Wine Jus (Pink or Well Done)

Parmas Monk – Monk fish wrapped with Parma Ham and finished with Parsnip Puree, Sautéed Smoked Bacon, Red Chicory and a Red wine Sauce

Christmas Pudding – With a choice of Brandy sauce or Vanilla Ice Cream

Apple Crumble Cheesecake – With salted caramel ice cream
